meraURL is dedicated to the users who create or are affected by sites created
using its services. The Internet is a vast ocean of information that can be used to
express ideas, interests, experiences, feelings and thoughts. Our objective here is
to ensure that our users' online community should have enjoyable experience as
possible in a clean and respectful environments and also to ensure that our
presence has a positive impact on this online community. However, recent
detection of misuse of our services has compelled us to take action against the
violating users and accordingly, lay down the policies to be followed while using our
services. Hereinafter, the user means the person who has applied for the webspace
and/or domain name registration and using the services of meraURL.

1. Misuse of any of our service, either free or paid, by the user will lead to
suspension of the respective account, without any warning or prior notice.
2. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
3. Misuse of bandwidth will lead to suspension of the user's account.
4. Any illegal activity detected on a website will lead to sealing of the same by us
with immediate effect, as per the IT rules laid out by the Indian and International IT
Act. Intentionally tampering (Hacking or sending virus) of our server by the user will
lead to the suspension of the respective account.
5. For safety reasons, we urge our users not to divulge the password of their
e-mail/hosting/ftp accounts to anyone. In every 15 days, it is recommended that
you should change your all passwords for security reasons.
6. Unfortunately, if website/servers, etc will down then, we would not be held
responsible for any losses face by the user(s).
7. Abuse of SMTP Mail Server: If any of the email id is misused on our mail servers,
the respective domain/user will lead to suspension of its hosting account.
8. Network security: In case of any tampering done to our network security, we will
take an immediate action against the respective hosting account.
9. Spam: Unsolicited commercial advertisements (spam) are not allowed using
e-mail IDs of our mail servers. Violation of the said term would result in immediate
suspension of the account.
10. Abuse of Traffic: If any user violates the company's policies in site transfer or
misuse of bandwidth, meraURL.com can suspend his/her account without any prior
notice.
11. Abuse of Space: As per our policies, at least 90% of your web pages (HTML)
must be "Linked" with files (.GIF, .JPEG, etc.) which is stored in our servers. Web
space must not be used by your visitor for free upload, download heavy size file.
Web sites containing a large number of unlinked files or using server space for data
storing propose are subject to deletion of files, otherwise we will cancel the account
without prior notice. Users can not run IRC, bots or clients on servers.
12. Users are also prohibited from running Bulk Emailing, Unsolicited Emailing,
Newsgroup Spamming, Pornographic Content, Illegal Content, Copyright
Infringement, Trademark Infringement, Warez, Cracks, and Software Serial
Numbers.
13. Adult or Inappropriate Content* : Pornographic, obscene, nude, graphically
violent, and other inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. meraURL treats all
abuse violations on a case by case basis. Violations which fall into this category
sometimes cannot be determined by expressing a definition, but there are some
guidelines which can be used to determine if the content on a site is in violation of
our Terms.
Please review the following guidelines:
" Adult images are any nude images of the human or humanoid form which depict
the nude body in a manner. Contemporary nude "art" is considered adult content
and is in violation of our Term-of-Service.
" Artistic nudes in the classical style must be content specific. If such an image is
used, it must fall in line with the theme of the site. Alterations of the work for any
purpose will be considered a violation of our Terms-of-Service.
" Any text which describes, refers to, or alludes to services, stories, or products of
an adult or sexual nature is a violation of our terms.
Other inappropriate content includes:
" Graphically violent images not specific to the context of the site
" Graphically violent content that is not computer generated for gaming purposes
" Hate speech directed toward an individual or group of people based on sex, color,
creed, practices, or orientation
" Content depicting or referring to the harm of others, oneself, animals, or property
" Content depicting violent behavior toward others or oneself

14. Hacking - Related Content* :
There are several definitions which can be applied to hacking related content.
Please review the following to better understand the issue and what constitutes
hacking related content.
" Unauthorized use, or attempts to circumvent or bypass the security mechanisms
of an information system or network.
" Means unauthorized access to a computer, its files and programs.
" Use, create, or distribution or tools or programs intended to alter or enhance the
experience of a game or program opposed to the intended use or function of that
game or program.
meraURL does not allow any program to be hosted on an account which is in
violation of copyrights of the creator of the game or program to which the hack is
intended.
